1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Within the UAE

We offer reliable and fast delivery across the UAE:

Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout

Express Delivery (Dubai only):

  • Delivery time: Same day or next day

  • Shipping fee: Displayed at checkout, based on location

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.


3. GCC & International Shipping

We currently offer international delivery to GCC countries and selected global destinations.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Delivery time: 5–14 business days (depending on location).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.


4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will contact you prior to delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be returned to us.
A re-delivery fee may apply.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Details

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
