30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

in the same condition in which it was received,

unopened, unused, and unworn,

in the original packaging,

accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items sent back to us without submitting a return request first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective,

damaged, or
-
if you received the wrong item.
This allows us to assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (including most cosmetic and beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must still be:

unworn or unused,

with tags,

in its original packaging,

with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.
